Baby Sitter is Arrested for Having Sex with Teen

In Las Cruces, NM Annette Martinez is arrested for allegedly having sex with the 14-year-old boy she was getting paid to take care of.

Martinez has been charged with one count of sexual penetration of a minor. That is a fourth degree felony - was it worth it?

The police say that there could possibly more charges.

Martinez told the court that she and the fourteen year old have had sex over 40 times since she's been baby-sitting and that she is in love with the boy (that is 11 years younger than her!). This little disaster came out into the open when the boy told his mother of the relationship.

With a whopping 5,000 bail bond, Miss Martinez is in jail.
