200 units of Baby Sterling Silver Teethers sold for $50 have been recalled by the importers Elegant Baby and Baby Needs Inc., of Burlington, N.C.

The company had one serious report of injury when the teether got stuck in the baby's mouth.
Consumers can return the baby teethers for a full refund.
