There is a new website out that helps you identify whether you are moving into a home with good neighbors or not. Bad neighbors can make life a lot harder than it has to be. You don't want to buy a home and then find out after your large investment, that you have neighbors that let their dog poop on your lawn; or have loud parties in their yard every other night. That just wouldn't be worth the investment. Of course you can complain, but a true bad neighbor never stops with their antics. Bad Neighbors find any way they can to antagonize you. It's just rotten. Luckily all of the neighbors I've had throughout my life were all nice people. But if you have haver had a rotten neighbor, you would understand why the bad neighbor website could be of great use.
