This is the headline on MSN homepage this morning. Not good news for those with homes listed on the market. Especially not good news for those facing chapter 7 or11 and foreclosure. The good news? If you can hold onto your home where you are, if you have a job, if you can make the mortgage where you are; then continue to do so. If you cannot make it where you are, seek help as soon as possible, do not wait until the bank and the collection agencies are on your doorstep. And above all, do not feel you are alone. Starting over is difficult, but not impossible. Doors may close but look for that open window! It will be there!
