Bankruptcy Laws Favour Greedy Lenders as More Mortgage Holders Default

An interesting and useful article from the Consumer Federation of America. While the Fed uses taxpayer money to help their finance friends off-load toxic debts the consumers are suffering foreclosures and thereby paying twice for the privilege of being bankrupt.
