Basic Computing Help

I do technical support and have for years. Over those years I have been asked some difficult questions, down to some as easy how to copy and paste using the keyboard. These are actually more common than one might expect. Unless of course you are in the same field. :)

Nonetheless I have taken some time and I do have somme basic computing How to's to keep your life simple. If you have something you are having trouble with let me know and if I can find the answer, I will add it to these other articles.
