As indonesian people I am very suprised that Batik is known internationally. I am also proud to be indonesian people who have the greatest heritage. "Batik" word to be famous now, and it little known abroad. Batik is like a painting on the cloth. With traditional hand made, it looks beautiful. A lot of woman and man wearing this cloth. Government and private offices have to wearing this cloths. It like a fashion style. With many color and pattern we can found in batik. Thanks to UNESCO from United Nation for admitted that batik is an Indonesian culture. And batik as a cultural heritage. As an Indonesian people I have to appreciate and preserve this cultural heritage. Many fashion designer using batik as a media for their creation. There are many famous person and world leaders wearing this cloth. Like Bill Clinton, Nelson Mandela, Zinedine Zidan.  I think many  people have no doubt about the beauty of "batik" now.
