Maintaining an ideal weight is almost impossible to achieve especially if you're the type of person who loves to eat & indulge in sumptuous meals served throughout the length of these holiday season or whenever there is festivity.Don't be guilty now,it's just the normal thing to do. After all ,we always associate abundance of food to prosperity and happiness in our earthly existence.And yet a lot of people in this day & age thinks of it more as a problem.In my personal opinion,gaining weight should be viewed in a more positive perspective.In many countries,plumpness is a welcome thing, for example,to people who live in snowy covered places because the fat content in their body helps them to retain more heat & helps them from getting hypothermia.Another example are mothers who also welcomes a certain degree of plumpness in their body to be able to give comfort and warmth to their newborn baby.A plump young girl can actually grow well developed breasts by the time she reaches the age of lets say fifteen and not have to become like those ladies who believes that she needs to have silicone implants to achieve full breasts figure.So cheer up!And learn to:Love Yourself!So long as you would gradually shed those extra pounds you got by eating well balance meals and taking walks or exercises,you will be o.k. Just make sure that you first go see a doctor for a physical check-up to determine the kind of exercise that is good for you.A good advise in eating right is: You can eat anything but just don't eat everything up!The volume of food that you take in is the real culprit to your being overweight and also the frequency of meals or snacks you ate in one day.Too much food means too much calories that your body don't need.Extra surplus of fuel in your system is good only if you are an athlete,a dancer or someone who do hard work like a construction man or a stuntman doing action pack scenes in a movie.Activity such as these will certainly burn-up fats and you will become slimmer gradually.
