Becoming a Member of Xomba

Becoming a Member of Xomba

First of all I would like to say hello to you all and tell you a little bit about myself. I am a 47 year young, divorced, mother of three children. I also have five grandchildren, 3 boys and two baby girls. I am an office manager for a popular Driving School and have been there for a little over four years. My passion for writing has just became apparent recently. I've always thought about writing, but never seemed to find the time until now.
This is my first day as a new member of Xomba. I am also a member of Triond. I have been on that site for a couple of months now and have made $1.56 . I don't believe I'll get rich on that site but have made some very good friends.
Every morning when I awake bright and early. One of the first things I do after the coffee is brewing is to check my Triond account and to read the posts of all my friends.
Well today one of my friends there did a review of Xomba. I read the review and decided to join here also and to see what happens. She seemed very confident with her post that this site is much better than Triond and you can make money here.
So I'll give it a try and see what happens.I hope to make lots of new friends here and just enjoy the site and all of you.

Xomba article

Shouldn't this 'byte be under the Xomba category (and thus not eligible to be in the Highest Rated column)?

Welcome Linda...

I post on Triond occasionally. The problem over there is that they want your original content. Creating evergreen content that can only be used in one place is fine when you're making $100 an article but when you're spreading your topics based on hits through Adsense, it just isn't so lucrative. I also got really annoyed with Triond for placing one of my articles on Halloween on some deep-thinking site called socyberty. Halloween candy doesn't require deep thought. I doubt highly that it's even been read by anyone. So if you post on Triond first, and then post here, you should be fine. They will check to see if it's original. Have fun here! Good people, lots of things to read, and the guys running this site are incredible! Good luck! http://www.bigblueheron.blogspot.com/

Welcome...Xomba is great

I joined Xomba about 6 months ago, and never having done any thing like this before was a bit lost, but I jumped in both feet first. You are most welcome here and there is help abounding for anything you may have need of. This is a great community and a lot of fun. If you would like a very realistic accounting of earning ability on Xomba....I just posted an article about my earnings. I share to show others what is possible for someone who is new to this type of adventure. Here is the link if you would like to read it. I look forward to reading your posts... http://www.xomba.com/5th_month_reporting_%E2%80%93_income_xomba_increased_237_30_over_1st_month

I didn't know that!

Hello new potential friend! I am fairly new to Xomba as well and am still getting acclimated to the system. I did not know I could post my articles published with Triond on this site! I would have done it a couple of months ago had I known. I've created Xomblurbs linking to my articles, but I haven't posted entire articles here. So, thanks to you for introducing yourself to the community and thanks to the informative response from the fellow Xomber who mentioned it! Check me out sometime. Robin Jessie-Green

RJG Check me out some time. Thanks!

Welcome To Xomba

Hi Linda, I'm Nick, the owner of Xomba.com. Welcome! Please let us know if you need any help or have any comments. Thanks!

Hello - great isn't it?

Hi, I hope you enjoy Xomba as musch as Triond. You can publish all your Triond articles here too - in case you didn't know. I think women of your age and experience have much worth sharing - knowledge, experience, advice - and it is tremendous that the internet and sites such as this and Triond encourage them to share.
