Beijing 2008 Olympics Opening Ceremony Is Removed from Youtube

A search for the "Beijing 2008 olympics opening ceremony" on youtube reveals no valid results. all the videos from all the users are removed. The only thing that is left is this message

"This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by a third party"

Who might this third party be? The IOC,China any of the sponsors?

Anyway, all the videos for the opening ceremony of the 2008 olympics in Beijing are gone and I didn't catch the live broadcast, does anybody know where I can see the olympic opening ceremony online?
