Belly Fat Loss From Eating More

The first thing we need to realize about how to rid belly fat from our body is that we need to eat more and not less. It is always a myth that we need to eat less and feel hungry all the time to lose weight and to lose belly fat, but that only works till our bodies think it is going into starvation mode and then it works hard to conserve those calories. Then we find ourselves not being able to lose weight and belly fat, then we start gaining what we have lost and some. Our metabolism needs constant fuel to burn belly fat. So, eat more of the right food and see belly fat melt away.

Lets get started and rid belly fat by cutting out processed nasty sugar foods like cookies and donuts, fries and onion rings. Stay away from bad carbs like white rice, white pasta, refined breads. If you must have some carbs than 100% whole grain pasta and bread eat these more occasionally. Try not to eat carbs within two or three hours of going to bed; instead eat fruit or fat and protein. You will burn a lot more fat that way.
