Beyonce and Gaga get More Nominations than any in the MTV field

Pink and Green Day will perform. Brittany Spears came in 3rd. But the focus on the September  MTV Music Video Awards is on Singers Beyonce and Lady Gaga. Each lady garnered nine nomination each. Not only will they get another fifteen minutes of fame, but they will get to do it live on MTV.
