Biggest Loser Weight Loss Blog; progress report

Hi everyone yesterday was hectic and actually so is today. We have to get a LOT done in the next 3 hours. Taxes due in today, hubby has to send in his substitute renewals for next falls teaching today. We have to do some video taping for daughter and her family and get something to FEdEX out today on a DVD.

Got three grandkids here right now. Most my house work is done and we will go to the Water aerobic class again this evening at 5:00 . It is 24 miles to get there and 24 back. So it is not like a short drive. Monday went to the water aerobics class and wow she gave us a good work out. Then at 7:30 we went to the Senior Citizen Center and danced for three hours.

Woke a little sore in the upper thighs from the work out the day before but feeling good. Yesterday it snowed UGH. Crazy weather. We woke to find we were OUT of water. Took hubby half the day to figure out a bug had got into the relay swtich and shorted it out. Stupid bug. So that sort of set the day of oddly.

The kids came over and three spent the night here of six. I did get on my cardioglider and put on 2 miles with it and another two on my Stamina Exercycle. So I got a good workout yesterday plus played with and lifted up my 11 month old grandson he is good for some arm exercising and lifts and he totally loves the play. He weights about 22 lbs. Then I watched NBC's biggest loser show. Which really motivates me to do more.

Today we have another water aerobics class tonight at 5:00 looking forward to that, today the sun is bright and shining and warm out. Well got to go and drink another glass of water and my acai berry juice then get on the Stamina Bike. We will start walking tomorrow as the snow is gone enough we can do that too. Yipee spring is finally here. Catch you all later. Weight today is 311 lbs.

What an inspiration you are!

Here I sit with my laptop, gathering all the info for my tax returns. Irritated that my main PC is now down with a virus that Norton did not catch. Ran a scan with AVG and viola! virus detected and it shut the system down. So, aggravated and feeling stressed, I read your post. You have way more than I going on and yet you read happy and energetic! Kudos!! I enjoy reading your posts as they help keep me in check for getting busy with my own exercise plan. I start on Monday.
