Rumour mills are always churning out some new hearsay about Bollywood celebrities, and if they find a doctor's hand behind the 'body beautiful' of a famous Bollywood actress they surely have a field day.

The latest rumour is that the bustline which Bipasha has been 'openly' flaunting and which has made her one of the sexiest Bollywood babes .... is not natural or shall we say its not an asset that Bipasha was born with.

Did Bipasha undergo a breast surgery or silicon implant is the biggest question which is going round the tinsel town lately.It seems that the doctor who has been the creator of the famous bustline has at last been found.

As per a leading gossip magzine - the hot Bengali babe of bollywood, is not naturally endowed and had undergone a cosmetic surgery on August 17, 2002 to increase her bust size by three inches. And it was only after the increase in her bust size that Bips got her life time role in Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘ Jism’, which later catapulted her among sexy bombshells of bollywood. Bipasha Basu, who had gone to Opera House clinic for the surgery with a female friend, did not entere her real name in the clinic register and used the alias of Susan Noodhah.

As a source from the clinic reveals, ‘ When Bipasha Basu came to Dr Gupta for the silicone implants, she did not have a good figure. She stayed at the clinic for two days and her bust line was increased by three inches. Soon after, she started work on Jism. Dr Gupta has operated on several celebrities who come with good reference, so it’s done in good faith. In fact, more often than not Dr Gupta enters a fake name in his register so as to protect the identity of a high profile client.’

Sources also reveal that this same doctor is also behind increasing the size of Rakhi Sawant's breasts.

Well the doctor should surely be awarded by millions of Bipasha fans for giving Bips her hottest asset.But another question which comes to mind is where would Bipasha be without her big ...'goodies'...would there have been any takers for this dusky beauty ???
