Hi Wayne,

Yes, it's not enough to simply set up a blog and write blog posts. A blogger has to know tricks of the trade, as it were, so that their blog gets read and continues to attract an audience. I found a wonderful resource that helps newer bloggers to optimize their blogs. Free Blogger Training Videos walk users through just about everything, from how to accept CCs to how to install the PayPal button.

I also wrote 15 Seps to Get Your Blog Noticed which discusses "must-dos" that I learned along the way.
