Bodyweight Cardio Workout Video for Fat Loss
posted September 8, 2009 - 7:29amThis is a bodyweight cardio workout video done by Craig of Turbulence Training. It will kick your but*, but if you do it often you will lose a ton of fat VERY fast. Make sure you don't try this unless you are already at intermediate fitness level, and you want to burn a lot of calories in a hurry. good luck with the 15 minutes of cardio at the end! I never get there...
