BPO a renowed industry, which is able to change the life of any individual. But this industry is also getting back mark due to some un professional in the filed which are here to expoilt money from the small bpo's who are search for good and geniune process to survive in the market. The industry must take some srict action agaist this people , they just want money nothing else in terms of upfront, royality etc. Also they provide the fake projects, and waste a lot of time of the bpo, each employee who work on this process.

          This should be stopped, why to pay some one for which we are going to serve them to earn them more profit, by outsourcing and managing there privacy, integrty , help them to grow at the cheap service rates. This is the main cause why Small BPO's need to think of before taking process by paying some amount and running behind them. At current the market is providing 80% of fake projects and cheaters. So beawre before taking process from third party , consultants, or any other who is charging for it. Think before you act , dont loose yours hard earned money to people like this who have nothing to do with this. Stop them at the right time, otherwise it will be very diffulct to get good and geniune process in near future.
