Here is an article from gather.com on the Louisville Slugger Brandon Patch case.  Brandon Patch was killed in a baseball game and his family argued it was due to the Louisville Slugger baseball bat, the bat causes for the ball to travel at a much greater velocity than a wooden bat.  Here is the story...
