Movie in review: Braveheart

Story: William Wallace(played by Mel Gibson) is a Scottish rebel trying to overturn the rule of the English. William’s father, brother, and many others died while William was young, trying to fight against the English. After losing his wife later in life, to the English, William Wallace leads a band of rebels to fight against Edward the Longshanks the cruel English King.

My Opinion: I love this movie. It is very entertaining all the way through. Although many people believe this to be a true story, only little parts of it are true. Most of the story has been embellished. This movie is very bloody. Pretty much all of the main characters are spot on, and its very easy to associate with them. They leave a lasting impression long after the movie is over.
