British Photographer to Pay Damages for Princess Diana's Photos - New Court Ruling

A British Photographer, Jason Fraser, will be required to pay damages to Mohamed Al Fayed for taking photos of Princess Diana on his yatch in 1997 as he was breaking the French criminal privacy laws. His case had earlier been cleared two years ago, but recently the earlier verdict was overturned by the Court.
