According to a CNN news story; Britney Spears lawyer - Anne C. Kiley - states that Britney now has been granted visitation rights with her children.

A court appointed monitor will accompany Britney during the visitations, which are reportedly being allowed up to several days per week.

A custody hearing is scheduled for Friday this week to determine who is granted custody of the children; Sean Preston age 2, and 1 year old Jayden James.

Currently; Britney's ex, Kevin Federline, has custody of the two boys. A judge has ordered Spears to submit to random drug tests after learning she engaged in frequent use of illegal drugs and alcohol. She must also spend at least 8 hours per week working with a parenting coach.
