Bubble Wrap for Insulation

So you want to reduce your heating costs this winter.  You may be tempeted re-insulate your walls or buy new windows and take credit for the energy efficiency tax rebate.  But wait!  You can put bubble wrap on your windows.  Not only will it protect your windows from flying objects but it will insulate your home.  All you have to do is put up with your windows looking like crap all winter.
