Well, they were probably only interested in ... stuff, but there was a kernel of truth ... as far as you need to know, some old people your grandfather knows got together in a darkened room and 'created' (really, sculpted out of special cookie-dough) the world.

I was thinking about today; there's no Biblical "Book of Jesus," and I'll tell you why: it insults God to limit God to 'a Bible.'

As you see in The Last Temptation of Christ, Christ barely-even had to be crucified (except to justify the story told about Him).

"The New Testament is the "evidence" that proves Jesus is the Messiah, the Eternal King or God as well as other Christain beliefs by using written words of Jesus' reputed preachings and actions."

In short, the Old Testament is God's Story and the New Testament is Stickin`-To-It.

"I wonder and question whether the Christian Bible as we know it today, through it's many translations and revisions by "man": Is it truly complete?" It's a complete 'beginning pattern' for humanity to follow.

"Does the Bible contain all of the Words of God?" Only if you agree that "God is dead." "Or is it a book of selected words of God to confuse the masses?" If you don't care what names things have, then it'll either straighten you out or confirm your already-righteous beauty. The confusion enters at the DOGMA.

"Isn't Christianity an interpretation of an exisitng belief, expanded to meet the needs of a man's teachings who claims to be God in human form?"

The belief that Christianity is built upon is that you don't have to 'pay for' the gifts of God.

"Or maybe the many religions and debates are so that we will not follow any ONE religious path set forth by others, but to reach out and learn, to think for ourselves and provide our own criteria for God's Truth?"

Maybe; but 'devils and obstacles WILL ALWAYS arise to meet the truth,' and will actually help you purify it---destroying the part of it you don't need.

"Is it not the goal to align oneself to be in the grace of God, whether on earth or in Heaven?"

Not really; the goal is to align others with the grace of God, knowing that we will also be thus aligned.

"What makes the Christian Bible and the Christian Way the ONLY DEVINE TRUTH?"
