Burger King to add Mac and cheese to the menu

The world's second-largest burger chain Burger King will start offering single servings of Kraft-branded macaroni and cheese in test markets this March. The Mac and cheese menu addition is a move proposed to counter McDonald's hot-selling chicken wrap and KFC's older snacker lunch line.

Kraft Foods has produced a brand new macaroni and cheese product specifically for Burger King that will serve as a french fry alternative for children.

Burger King plans to launch the "BK Wrapper." in March as well for customers who crave something other than traditional hamburger options the fast food giant has on it's old menu's. .

Only McDonald's can ruin Nature's gifts

I haven't been to a McDonald's since watching Morgan Spurlock's Supersize Me, but it doesn't surprise me that they would add in that dipping sauce for children. Apples are natural and high in fiber and kids would NEVER want to eat them alone, obviously. Maybe it's a symptom of corporate culture in the U.S. and similar to how Big Pharma wants you to take prescription drugs cradle-to-grave, even though they have negative side-effects and are of dubious value, yet we must lock up those druggies who are smoking a dangerous plant that has been proven effective with no side effects. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

McDonald's

Those apple slices are a big ploy. They come with the caramel dipping sauce that has tons of sugar in it.

Ooh, that's healthier

Do they think they are fooling anyone with that so-called healthier alternative to french fries? Granted, starchy potatoes fried in grease isn't healthy, but, then, neither is starchy enriched white pasta with chemical cheese flavor. At least Wendy's and McDonald's offer salads and apple slices as alternatives to fries. But, I digress. If the parents really cared about their child eating a healthy diet, then fast food would largely (if not completely) be off the menu. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING
