BEGIN SAMPLE LETTER FOLLOWING FORMAT:
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is (withheld) and I am the Director of Plant Operations of (withheld) hospital in Pell City, AL.
We used to be a customer of the cable company, but the cost was very expensive
and the overall picture quality was poor. Some channels were good and clear but with others we were getting poor reception. We felt we were paying way too much money for an inferior product and we weren’t getting what we paid for.
