Butt-Kicked Pizza Robber Dad of Employee


(annoying beep at start of video, turn down sound)

And so the plot thickens in the Texas pizza robbery beat down that was featured all over the news during the last couple of days. It turns out that the robber who got his behind kicked was none other than the father of one of the employees of the restaurant that was on duty at the time of the robbery. Stephanie Martinez was busy complying with the robber's request for cash when Rudy Sandoval opened up a can of whoop a*s and poured it all over him, knocking the robber unconscious. During the beating the perp's glasses and wig came off revealing him to be Miss Martinez's father, Benjamin Ramirez. It turned out her husband and mother were in the car waiting for him as well, so they're all in jail now. Miss Martinez is not believed to have been in on the plot.

I thought the same thing. How could she not know it was her dad? Come on. Even with a wig and sunglasses you would know someone you're that close to. Wouldn't you? KM

There are some unfortunate people living on this planet who lack the ability to think beyond the next step or two and consider the ultimate consequences for their actions. The individual with the glass jaw in the video may have never thought of anything beyond the shoving of the gun in Sandoval's face with expectation of getting whatever cash was in the register. Because of that lack of planning, he was defeated before he even stepped out of his car. Thankfully, no one was injured (or worse!) in the scuffle except for the sorry piece of work with the firearm. DO YOU HAVE THE WRITE STUFF?

It makes you wonder how someone gets to the point where they think something like this is worth the risk. You'd have to be pretty desperate.

I thought the same thing. That guy is big. The original story said the robber had a gun, so he was counting on that to be enough to cow the employees. He may have gone a bit too far, though, when he slapped Sandoval. Not the smartest move ever. KM

Hard to believe that they didn't try to subdue the big guy working before they finished robbing the place. Neither of the robbers (did I see two different people?) were big enough to pose a direct threat to Sandoval. It makes me wonder what they were thinking... DO YOU HAVE THE WRITE STUFF?
