Buy New DVD Releases For January 13, 2009 Online

Looking to pick up some of the latest releases on DVD? Why go to the store when you can buy all of favorites at the comfort of your computer! Here are some of the new DVD releases for January 13, 2009:

Appaloosa stars Ed Harris and Viggo Mortensen and is directed by Ed Harris. If you are looking for a modern take on the Western then this movie is for you.

My Bloody Valentine is a classic horror movie from 1981 that is finally being released on DVD in all its uncut glory. A remake of this movie is coming out in theaters this weekend in 3D so buy the original first and see which one you like better!

Mirrors is a creepy horror film starring Keifer Sutherland from TV's 24. It involves demons and ghosts form a department store showing themselves in the store's mirrors. Check this out if you are looking for a good scare.

Lastly we have Swing Vote, the election year movie starring Kevin Costner in which the US election came down to the vote of one person. I think the best reason to see this one is for the performances of Kelsey Grammer and Dennis Hopper as the presidential candidates.

That's it for this week. Remember, if you spend $25 or more on Amazon you get free shipping!

Thank You For Reading

I will try and do one of these every Tuesday if they get some traffic. I know I'm always looking to see what new DVDs are coming out so I figured other people were too.

I have some more Netflixing to do...

My wife and I don't always buy DVD's anymore because of movie content and our young son, but we Netflix the ones that look interesting. Generally, the new DVD release dates coincide to their availability for rental, so I guess I have to add to my queue now. I will add Swing Vote and Appaloosa for sure! Thanks for the article!
