Calif. wine patriarch Robert Mondavi dead at 94 - God Bless You.

The man who, I believe made the best wine in California died today. For 35 years I have personally given his wines away as gifts to people I meet and visit, and get to know as my friends.

Today was a great day for me, and, then I read about
Mr. Mondavi passing away, and I had to sit down. I didn't know him personally, but, gosh, I knew his outstanding superb wines.

Good Bless you Mr. Mondavi. You put California wine on the map, and, even here in Oregon, we remember you!!
