California Limits CO2: Expands Rip-Off Reach Smog Check Too Much

The California Legislature has passed a law limiting the emission of Carbondioxide into the atmosphere. Governor Arnold S+13 is expected to sign it when it comes to his desk, officially making him the Environmental Governor! right before his November Academy Award, that is, his reelection as California's Governor.
You might think that this is of no consequence to you, who lives in a state on the East Coast. The legislators in the major states on the East Coast adopt California Standards when it comes to laws like the ones regulating and taxing automobile and truck registration renewals.
This accounts for the Smog Check Too Much! that has been imposed on drivers across our country when they have to renew their vehicles license registrations.
For two decades drivers in California had Smog Checks to contend with every year. The cost of the process gradually came down as more gas stations offered it.
The lobbyist for the California Automotive Repair Association was unhappy with that, and that motorists were not required to pay more for repair$. So he came up with the Smog Check Two Rip-Off! Program that doubled the cost for California's drivers!
So the message for America's drivers is: Hang Onto Your Wallets! www.newmotorcity.blogspot.com
