I wonder what would happen if those running for political office thought of their opponent as their brother.

We live here in the United States as neighbors, yet we tend not to see each other as family. What if McCain and Obama thought of each other as their dearest brother? How do you think their campaigns would be run? What if you were running against your dearest brother for some office, would you slander him or protect him? Would your campaign be more on the issues then on maybe some skeleton in the closet?

For when our politicians bring out each other’s skeletons, or make up false skeletons, for the world to see, they are actually shaming themselves, in a sense, for what they shame their brother for is actually shaming their family, the United States, and so they actually shame all of us here in the United States, for we are part of Obama’s and McCain’s family, we are their brothers and sisters, for we all are Americans.

You may say I am not realistic; most people say that to new paradigms. But, this is not a new paradigm; this is an old paradigm that has been lost.

Come my great brothers and sisters, let us no longer reveal the nakedness of our family, and let us once again live as a dearly beloved family. For, as one family member is honored; so the rest of the family is honored.

Let us return the honor to this great country, by honoring again our brothers and sisters, who are our politicians, our seniors, our neighbors, our friends, our loved ones, our police officers and judges, our children, our fellow workers with us in businesses, our single moms; for where there is honor there is life, respect, and every good deed.

For when a man has no honor, he has no problem being a thief;
But when a man has honor inside himself, how can he not do good to others, whom he esteem better than himself?

Shall we remain a country riddled with shame, or shall we return to honor one another above ourselves?
