Canker Sore Due to Nutritional Deficiency

Canker sores, many people have experienced the pain that it causes, and that it hinders you from eating certain foods during that time. I had an issue where I would get canker sores almost once a month and they would take a few days to heal. nbsp; After a while I was agitated by the fact that I couldn’t eat properly during those few days. I decided to do a little research on what could be causing this and found that it is possible that you may be lacking certain  nutrients, specifically vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, Zinc, Folic Acid, Iron, Selenium, and Calcium. Now just missing one doesn’t mean you will always get canker sores but studies have been conducted where they noticed that those nutrients did play a little part, and if you are missing more than one your chances are higher. I decided to take a multi-vitamin, a target brand multi-vitamin was the one I chose. I didn’t realize it for a while but after 2 months I still did not have any canker sores. It really helped and I wanted to spread the word in case anyone else was experiencing the same issue. Hope this helps!
