Caramelized Tofu Recipe, Who Needs Steak?

Look what I found. This sounds totally delicious.

The picture of this caramelized tofu recipe is totally inviting. You have to see it. It looks absolutely mouth watering. It is tofu on top of shredded brussel sprouts, garlic, pecans. I love brussel sprouts. I have got to try this one out.
