1)Have a bland diet.The occasional eating out is fine of course.But generally stick to home-cooked non-oily,non-spicy food
2)Say no to roadside junk food,or any unhygienic fare.However tasty it might seem,your stomach is getting ruined by it!
3)Drink like a fish,but drink water.Lots of H2O keeps the system detoxified and happy.
4)Do not keep your stomach empty for too long.Munch on biscuits or have some puffed rice if a proper meal isn't possible.Don't give excuse of lack of time or appetite.
5)Puff on that cigarette and you are burning your stomach as well with its own acids.You have been warned.
6)Don't take too many painkillers.
