Language specialists have various career options to choose from viz., Sign language specialists, language translator etc, with jobs option like working at the international level, either at conferences or in permanent organizations or working as a freelancer.

Job of a Language translator is to interpret the spoken word as well as translating the written word from one language into another. It is a difficult career but most rewarding too.

A translators has to change the language without losing the soul of the original text. You don't have to be a native speaker to be a translator, mere interest, patience, time and energy to learn a language suffice will do the trick.
