Caribbean Carnival, Celebrate in the USVI: 3 Islands, 3 Carnivals, 0 Passports Needed

The US Virgin Islands celebrates Carnival three times a year: Dec. 25-Jan. 06 on St Croix, Easter on St Thomas and July 4 on St John. US residents do not need a passport to join the celebrations.
