I had posted a couple of days ago about the "cash for clunkers" program being halted. White House officials are know saying they are not suspending it yet and may up the budget from 1 billion to 2 billion. The popularity of the program has caused some concern given the way the system is slowing down the processing. This information is dated July 30, 2009, you can still use the program if interested.
