The Central American
spider monkey is a mammal of the order Primates and the suborder
Haplorhini (monkeys and apes). It is also known as Geoffroy's spider
monkey.

Physical Characteristics

The Central
American spider monkey is 20 to 25 inches long with a 25 to 33 inch
long tail. It weighs 17 to 20 pounds. It has a black head as well as
black hands and feet.
