Charter Boat Business Can Be Lucrative

What if my new year's resolution is to start a charter fishing or boat business? Well... there are certain things I should consider before going down that path.

First, I would do my research to see if this is a good money maker, or would I just be spinning my wheels. I love to fish but can I make money by offering fishing charters for people on vacation?

Depending on the kind of charter fishing business I want to start will determine the kind of boat I should have. For example, if I want to offer wedding services on my boat, I will either need a pontoon boat or a boat with a very large deck to accommodate the services.
