So many Cheeses so how to choose.

The world of cheese is vast and delicious. There are hard cheeses, soft cheeses and semi soft cheeses. They all have different flavors, and they all have different Uses.

If you live in a a larger city, you most likely have many more varieties of cheeses to choose from in the store. Take a look the next time you go shopping and make a note of the different types. You may be surprised to see some you hadn't noticed before.

There are cook books devoted to the history and uses of cheese. Different countries and cultures have their own cheeses and dishes which highlight them.

Have a cheese tasting party. Purchase several varieties of cheeses, an assortment of crackers and breads and some wine. Serve fresh fruit for dessert.

I am still learning about the varieties of cheese and attempt to try new ones whenever I can. I suppose the type of cheese I enjoy depends on the mood I am in and what i am using it for. This is a list of my top 6 cheeses.

Cheddar I like it sharp
Longhorn has to be creamy
Toasted Onion and Garlic soooooo good
Mozzarella must be stringy
Provelone mild and gooey when melted
Swiss has an odd taste
