Now don't get me wrong, I love my shoes, and I love my orthotics (you know, the devices you put in your shoes to make your feet feel oh so good)  but it seems amazing to me what people are sueing celebs over these days.  As the story goes, Simon hired a Chef or was at least intervewing one.  She was asked to change her shoes so she won't scrape up their floors.  She did, and then left her shoes which contained $500 orthopaedic inserts.  So now she's sueing and adding in a little money for the gas it took her to drive over to their place.
