Chelsea Handler is an American actress, humorist, stand-up comedian, best-selling author, and television host. She was born in NJ in 1975 and rose to fame around 2006 with her brilliant stand-up comedy. The Dallas Observer noted that she, "...might be funnier than David Sedaris". She will be the cover girl for Hugh Hefner's Playboy Magazine this December, 2009.
