Chester Arthur Stiles, Suspect in Nevada Desert Sexual Assault Video, Nabbed

Chester Arthur Stiles, a suspect accused of videotaping himself while raping a 3-year-old girl, was arrested following a routine traffic stop Monday night in Henderson, Nevada. He was caught without incident.
