Chicken Curry Recipe.

Dice your chicken, and chuck it into a pan with some salt &pepper.

Brown the chicken off then drain some of the fat away, I always leave a little in the pan otherwise it may dry out a bit.

Then add a whole pepper (minus the seeds), I use green one, a whole onion and some more salt and pepper.

Chop a fresh chilli, (Watch your eyes!!!) again I normally use a green one, but it shouldnt make too much difference and add it along with 2 teaspoons each of ginger and garlic paste. (You should find this in little bottles in the spice section)

Keep stiring for a few mins (about 5) then add a tin of chopped tomatoes, and 1 teaspoon of tumeric, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder and the same of cumin.

Simmer for about 10-15 mins, have a little taste, you may want to add some more dried spices, I usually add a little more chilli powder.

If the curry starts to dry out at all add a little water.

Serve with rice or inside a jacket potato and enjoy!!!
