Care givers abroad are being hired for the sole purpose of caring and attending the needs of a particular child; in which case an employer should be careful in choosing a caregiver.

If you are the employer, you should chose your caregiver well;remember that the life of your child is in the hands of your caregiver most of the time. Not only that,but the spiritual, mental, physical, and social needs of your child are on that same hands.

If you are a caregiver or a potential caregiver, it is very helpful that you have all those basic backgrounds. and your training has some solid foundations. or else i would suggest get an extra training or choose a training center that is catering a solid foundation about child care.
