Chris Brown, the American R& B singer, has issued a video apology for his highly publicized domestic dispute case with ex-girlfriend Rihanna and explained why he has kept fairly quiet since February. The two-minute video clip shows the singer reflecting on his past mistakes and what lengths he has gone to better himself. Brown was arrested on February 8, 2009, after he fought with his then-girlfriend Rihanna in a sports car after a pre-Grammy awards party.
