Christianity in a nutshell

Christianity in a nutshell

Donald Miller, in his book, Blue like Jazz, wrote of an interview with a non-Christian radio host who had asked him to defend Christianity. Miller, on live radio, refused. He didn't want to talk about Christianity - it bothered him that everyone from neo-Nazis to faith healing quacks to Unitarians had their own definition of Christianity. Miller was only interested in talking about Jesus.

The radio host was stunned - and, in tears, wanted to know more about this Jesus.

When we talk about our faith, do we speculate about the end times, argue about politics or traditions, or do we talk about Jesus?

Acts 26:16 puts it very simply - we are to minister and be a witness. Anything else is a distraction.
