Chrysler Begins Production of Hybrid Vehicles
posted September 5, 2008 - 5:50amChrysler is now joining the hybrid vehicle race. With gas prices at the highest point in history, automakers are redoubling efforts to produce gas-saving hybrids to appeal to the public's increased incentive to save money on their fuel costs by buying more fuel-efficient vehicles. Chrysler will be producing hybrid verions of the Chrysler Aspen and Dodge Durango for 2009. The new hybrids should be arriving at dealers in September.
