Chrysler voids contract with Cummins.

I have been pumped up for atleast a year now anticipating half ton diesels. All three have had engines developed for their smaller trucks, but they have been on again off again. The high cost of diesel caused Ford and Chevy to postpone their diesel engines; Dodge on the other hand cancelled it's contract with Cummins. Don't freak out just on the half ton trucks; a combination of change in ownership and bankruptcy froced this. It looks like our only hope for a small diesel is going to come from India late this year or early 2010.
