Cloward And Piven Strategy

Here is a link from out best friends over at wikipedia on the Cloward and Piven political strategy.  Apparently it was developed my some guys named Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven.  The strategy is focused on helping the poor through the Democratic party.
