CODING JOB AVAILABLE: Freelancing Site Clone

Description

We want to develop a Freelancing site clone. Just like getafreelancer.com or getacoder.com. All the features and functionality would be similar. Only few new features would be:

1) Interactive Buyer & Selected providers Chat/Conference room (3rd party and open source is fine)
2) The site has to be translated into 4 major languages beside English. They are: French, Spanish, German and Dutch.
3) Security would be the top most priority.
